It has been yet another milestone year for Blossom Home Care franchising.
As positive, ambitious, driven entrepreneurs continue to join our flourishing network and push our home care business to new heights, there has been lots of amazing activity to be proud of.
The year began with the news that all franchisees delivered impeccable levels of care over the 2022 festive period, with 100% of care appointments being on time. This is testament to the proven systems and processes we have in place, which ensures all franchisees’ operations run efficiently and instil trust with their clients.
Soon after we were sharing the news of our impending entry into the Northern Ireland and Ireland home care market. In April we announced the implementation of an industry-leading HR solution for franchisees.
And as 2023 progressed, Blossom franchisees continued to be a force for good with community initiatives, whilst head office enabled the franchise network to grow faster by launching an innovative invoice finance option to welcome more NHS clients.
But one of the things we are most proud of is seeing so many of our fantastic franchisees taste success at various industry awards. And the latest showering of silverware and recognition has come at the Great British Care Awards 2023.

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events held throughout the UK and are a celebration of excellence across the care sector. The purpose of the awards are to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
